Studio Overview
Little House Pilates is a new studio opening in Beaconsfield (New Town) in 2025.
We are an independent studio using Merrithew equipment.
Our Reformer Pilates sessions are a contemporary, anatomically based approach to Joseph Pilates's original exercise method. It incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles developed by former professional dancer Moira Merrithew and a team of sports medicine professionals.
Little House Pilates is located centrally in Beaconsfield (New Town) in a sports and recreation facility, which is a big part of the community. Our private car park is also an added benefit for staff and clients.
Our beautiful Reformer Pilates studio is equipped with brand-new Merrithew Max Reformer beds, Towers, and a host of accessories designed to enhance our sessions.
We offer a unique range of Contemporary Pilates classes. Our classes can accommodate up to eight people, and we also offer one-on-one Pilates with a dedicated instructor for bespoke support.
We aim to make Reformer Pilates affordable and accessible by offering discounts for members of the armed forces, emergency services, and those under 25.
