We focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients, where they can achieve their wellness goals through high-quality Reformer Pilates instruction. We are looking for passionate and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors to deliver classes to our valued members.
Position Overview:
Reform Revolution is seeking a qualified, motivated, and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team . The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, dynamic Reformer Pilates classes that meet our studio’s standards and cater to clients of all fitness levels. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to accept or decline class assignments based on your availability. Compensation is structured on a per-class basis, with additional earnings for fully booked classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, safe, and effective Reformer Pilates sessions according to studio guidelines and standards
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports clients of all levels in achieving their fitness goals
- Represent Reform Revolution professionally at all times, embodying our brand values and commitment to quality
- Adhere to all studio policies regarding health, safety, and conduct, including prompt notification if unable to deliver a scheduled class
- Wear branded studio attire provided (top), and adhere to the studio’s dress code
- Communicate effectively with studio staff regarding schedules, attendance, and any client feedback
Requirements
- Certification: Qualified Pilates Instructor with specialized training in Reformer Pilates (required)
- Experience: Minimum number of 2 years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes to individuals and groups
- Insurance: Must hold current professional liability insurance
- First Aid Certification: Valid first aid certification is required
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt classes for different fitness levels and physical abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as a contractor

- Schedule and Availability: Classes will be scheduled based on demand and mutual availability, with flexibility to accept or decline assignments.
