About Us We’re launching a new reformer Pilates studio in SE London and looking for passionate, dedicated Pilates Instructors to join our team. Our goal is to create a thriving community where both clients and instructors feel supported, valued, and inspired.
Job Summary As a Pilates Instructor at our studio, you’ll help clients achieve their fitness goals through expertly guided group and one-on-one sessions, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging reformer Pilates classes for all skill levels.
- Develop tailored workout plans and ensure proper technique to prevent injuries.
- Maintain a clean and organised studio space and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with Pilates techniques and trends to enhance offerings.
- Support a positive and inclusive community among clients.

Qualifications
- Certified Pilates Instructor with a minimum of 200 hours from a recognised programme (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, or Classical Pilates).
- Previous experience teaching Pilates classes is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid certification is a bonus but not required.
- A passion for health, fitness, and creating positive client experiences.

Pay: £35.00-£40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
