We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Reformer Pilates principles and techniques, along with the ability to motivate and educate clients of all levels. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through tailored instruction and support.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Educate clients on proper form, technique, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
Develop customised workout plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of clients.
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their performance.
Maintain a clean and organised studio space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually improve your teaching methods.
Foster a positive community atmosphere within the studio, encouraging client interaction and support.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy to ensure safe practice and injury prevention during sessions.
Experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively.
A passion for health and wellness, with a commitment to ongoing personal development in the field of fitness.
Ability to inspire and motivate clients, creating an enjoyable workout experience.
