We are currently recruiting a qualified and experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer to join our passionate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing fitness community where your role will go beyond just training — you’ll help members build long-term, sustainable habits through group sessions, accountability, and personal attention.
About the Role:
- Part-time contract – minimum of 2 floor shifts per week (weekend availability required)
- Paid gym hours with commission opportunities for PT delivery
- Join a supportive team focused on delivering small group personal training programmes and transformation packages
We’re Looking For Someone Who Can:
- Deliver high-energy, structured small group training sessions
- Guide members with fitness and basic nutritional support
- Offer regular check-ins and progress tracking
- Create a welcoming, community-led training environment
- Represent On1Fitness professionally on the gym floor and in classes
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver goal-based exercise programmes
- Conduct fitness assessments and inductions for new and current members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Provide ongoing motivation, guidance, and accountability
- Lead small group PT sessions aligned with On1Fitness’ structured programmes
- Help members adhere to their goals using tools like our Core-4 system
- Encourage participation in events, step challenges, and gym initiatives
- Support gym tours, enquiries and sign-ups (training provided)
- Ensure the gym floor and studio areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Requirements:
- Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (REPs or CIMSPA recognised)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial gym or fitness setting
- Confident in delivering both 1-to-1 and small group coaching
- Approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering a high level of service
- A team player with strong communication and organisation skills
- Weekend availability essential
