Exciting Opportunity: Business Partner & Gym Manager at Gymshack, Seven Sisters, London

Gymshack, a cutting-edge new gym studio in Seven Sisters, London, is seeking an ambitious, driven individual to join our team as a Business Partner and Gym Manager. The gym is led by a successful entrepreneur and business CEO and is now setup and ready for an exceptional candidate to come in and take it forwards under their guidance. This unique role offers the chance to not only manage a growing gym but also become a key partner in the business and share in the profits!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily gym operations with the assistant gym manager.
- Manage the team including rota
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Drive sales and marketing to bring in new members and build the business.
- Develop and run fitness programs, including training clients and leading classes.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all gym members and staff.
- Report to the CEO who will guide and support you, you will be in it together.
- Key weekly reports on performance.
- You will be fully supported on financial and business management and business by the CEO.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience in gym management or business operations within the fitness industry.
- Personal Trainer qualification; First Aid certification is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
- Strong marketing and sales skills is desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this is a people facing role.
