Account Manager in London – Love Recruitment

£28k - £32k basic plus uncapped OTE (likely c£40-55k year one)
We are Love Recruitment and we specialise in Fitness and Leisure Recruitment. We cover all levels of roles in the fitness, leisure, boutiques, public sector, suppliers and supporting sectors and are based in Waterloo. We are now looking to expand our team and are recruiting for an Account Manager to join us.
You will ideally have experience in the fitness or leisure sectors and a knowledge of it is definitely an advantage to being amazing at this role. You might be a Sales Manager, General Manager, Account Manager and looking for your next challenge. You might work for a supplier, supporting our sector with services in technology or equipment for example.
This can be a fast paced role and will involve you managing the entire recruitment process from brief with our clients to finding and placing superstars. Your day to day will involve interviewing candidates (face to face/virtual/ telephone) and liaising with clients on progress. This is a targeted role, and you will be working toward a revenue target monthly.

- Professional fitness or leisure experience. Ideal sectors would be commercial fitness, leisure operator or suppliers. You might also work in recruitment right now but be passionate about fitness, that would work too!
