Your Role & ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth

Generate new membership leads for the club through outreach and community engagement.
Manage new membership enquiries and drive conversion.
Develop and implement corporate membership initiatives & referral programs.
Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales & retention.

Club Operations & Member Experience

Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and fully operational gym environment.
Oversee membership system accuracy, financial information, and retention strategies.
Ensure exceptional customer service, fostering a strong community feel.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and motivate staff to excel in sales and service.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training to enhance team skills.
Support Personal Trainers in growing their business for additional revenue streams.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns using Anytime Fitness tools.
Manage social media presence, promotions, and local business partnerships.

Health, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
