Fitness Manager
Primary objectives for the Fitness Manager will be:
To ensure all Health & Safety procedures and responsibilities are carried out at all times.
To promote excellence of customer services and motivate people to enjoy exercise through good communications and selling skills.
To take responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation of the gym facilities.
To ensure the development and growth of the expressions membership base.
To ensure the successful implementation and operation of the G.P. exercise referral programme
The Fitness Manager will focus day to day on the following tasks:
Manage daily facility operations on a shift rota
Ensure awareness of all Health & safety issues, especially in the gym
Achieve gym financial objectives and implement related procedures
Maximise participation in course and activities, monitor and improve performance
Produce monthly performance reports, statistics, targets
Identify and assess new activity feasibility
Keep staff informed of Centre activities and events
.Assist with the management of quality assurance systems
Undertake other duties to achieve centre business objectives
