Our Employed Personal Trainer (EPT) model supports PTs in gaining new clients, with a view to run a successful self-employed business in the future. We don’t succeed until you do!
We pay for your PT sessions delivered AND hours to generate leads for your own PT business.
Overview:
- Up to 8 months of paid gym floor hours for you to build up your Personal Training business
- Industry leading employed PT pay

- We will never charge you rent whilst you're an employed Personal Trainer
- We limit the number of PTs per site to give you the best chance for success

What does this look like for you?:
- Flexible weekly working hours to support you in building your PT business
- Weekly check-ins with your Fitness Experience Manger to support business planning, coaching and development
- Weekly and Monthly fitness education and support
- Generating interest in PT from our members through delivery of Inductions, Group Training, Gym Floor Engagement, Trial Sessions and Consultations
Requirements for the role:
- Qualification in Level 3 in Personal Training
- Confidence in engaging with our members day to day
- A passion for delivering results in health and fitness
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
