As we prepare for our upcoming launch, we are seeking dedicated Reformer Pilates Instructors who are passionate about wellness and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
Job Description:
We are hiring experienced Reformer Pilates Instructors to deliver high-quality classes in a supportive and professional environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Reformer Pilates qualification and have a strong commitment to client safety and well-being. In this role, you will design and lead group classes while ensuring each session is engaging and tailored to the needs of our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective Reformer Pilates classes in accordance with studio protocols
- Create an engaging, motivating class environment
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate clients’ varying skill levels
- Uphold studio policies, including first aid readiness and professional liability standards
- Collaborate with the team to schedule classes and participate in studio events
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Reformer Pilates qualification
- Experience teaching group classes and a strong understanding of Reformer Pilates techniques
- Current First Aid Certification is highly preferred (or willingness to obtain certification prior to studio opening)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
