Everyone Active Winchester Sport and Leisure Park is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission.
You will be responsible for coordinating the exercise program at Winchester Sport and Leisure Park, which involves managing a balanced exercise program for the community. You will also have the opportunity to oversee/deliver some group exercise sessions.

- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service and safety are achieved
- Be enthusiastic and inspiring
- Be passionate in promoting health and wellbeing to our customers
- Have the ability to achieve KPI’s and increase class occupancy
- Be flexible in the classes they can cover
- Have good timekeeping and excellent communication skills
- have experience in managing people/team
You will have the relevant qualifications for this role that qualify you for CIMSPA registration. This role will require a DBS check to be completed prior to starting

- Exercise to Music: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Exercise to Music Qualification (required)
- Fitness Instructor Level 2/Level 3 Personal Trainer (preferred)
