TRAMPOLINE COACH
Location: Winchester Sport & Leisure Park, Hampshire (Bar End Rd, Winchester SO23 9NR)
Hours: 3 hours per week after school
Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Level 2 Trampoline Coach to join our team. We are committed to our brand mission of encouraging 30 minutes of activity, five times a week, and we need a passionate coach to help us inspire young people to get active.
About the role: As a Trampoline Coach you will lead fun, engaging, and structured sessions the help participants develop skills, confidence, and a love for the sport. You’ll also play a key role in growing the trampoline programme, encouraging new participants, and inspiring more people to discover the joy of trampolining.
We need a trampoline coach who will…
✔ Hold a Level 2 British Gymnastics Trampoline qualification (or higher)
✔ Be dedicated to helping young people have fun, stay fit, and improve their health & well-being
✔ Be approachable and build positive relationships with children, parents, and customers
✔ Be passionate about unlocking everyone’s full potential
✔ Be a role model, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for participants and colleagues
✔ Be a driving force in growing the programme and encouraging new participants to try trampolining
✔ Be reliable, punctual, and flexible with coaching hours
