GROUP EXERCISE/ SPORTS COACH/ ACTIVATOR
Over the Buckinghamshire/Chiltern District or with in Sites Chalfont Leisure Centre, Chiltern Lifestyle and Chesham Leisure Centre
£10.00 - £10.50 per hour plus mileage
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about actively working within our local community to engage residents in activity that will improve their health and wellbeing.
We need a Sports Coach/Activator who will have…
- A level 2 coaching qualification in at least one sport
- Coaching experience, to be able to deliver a wide range of high quality activities in a variety of community venues.
- A level 2 Sports Leaders qualification and an Emergency First Aid qualification would be beneficial, although training could be provided
- Group Exercise qualifications, including chair based exercise, falls prevention, would also be an advantage, or the ability and willingness to obtain these.
- Experience of coaching primary school aged children and of coaching/leading activities for older people and people with disabilities is desirable.
- The ability to provide the highest levels of customer service and safety.
- The ability to over-achieve KPI’s and targets set
- A full driving licence and access to a car
