Your Role & ResponsibilitiesSales & Membership Growth
- Generate new membership leads for the club through outreach and community engagement.
- Manage new membership enquiries and drive conversion.
- Develop and implement corporate membership initiatives & referral programs.
- Ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) in sales & retention.
Club Operations & Member Experience
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and fully operational gym environment.
- Oversee membership system accuracy, financial information, and retention strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, fostering a strong community feel.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to excel in sales and service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training to enhance team skills.
- Support Personal Trainers in growing their business for additional revenue streams.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns using Anytime Fitness tools.
- Manage social media presence, promotions, and local business partnerships.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
