We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to support the expansion of 1Rebel’s corporate offering and drive revenue growth across key sales channels. This role requires a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives on building relationships and is keen to build up sales experience, including identifying new business opportunities and optimising existing sales strategies.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our corporate partnerships, managing private hires, and maximising revenue opportunities across all areas of the business.
Salary: from £30k (dependent on experience).
Interview process: first round with Marketing Director and Marketing Manager (can be in person or on Zoom), second round with CEO and wider marketing team (in person).
Location: this role will be based in the Head Office in Oxford Circus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support 1Rebel’s corporate offering, by managing inbound leads and identifying and securing partnerships with new businesses across London.
- Drive the onboarding of new corporate team members, ensuring sustained engagement and membership growth.
- Strengthen our collaboration with Wellhub to enhance brand visibility within their corporate network.
- Manage inbound group booking and private hire leads. Working closely with the General Managers to host private events and building up partnerships with relevant brands to enhance their experience.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to maximise partnership opportunities via in club events and private hires.
- Drive the sales of off-peak products by finding suitable platforms and partnerships to promote these offerings.
- Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive continued growth.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Confident dealing with customers and prospective customers, especially on the phone.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Experience in a sales role, within the fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle industries a plus, but not essential.
