Regency Living is a family owned business offering a curated collection of luxury park bungalow communities, nestled in some of the most desirable locations in the UK.
We are seeking a Park Supervisor/General Manager to oversee the management and operation of our residential living site near to Herne Bay and invite you to apply to join our team of sociable and gregarious managers across the UK. Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Directing the grounds and maintenance teams in ensuring that communal areas of the park are immaculately maintained and that maintenance jobs are allocated and completed on time.
- Supervise and manage the Coffee Lounge Assistant and Admin Staff ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient team performance and high standards of service.
- Working alongside our Health and Safety Managers to ensure that the park meets and exceeds all its Health and Safety obligations including the implementation of policies, procedures and testing.
- Ensure upkeep, maintenance and compliance of the pool, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for the residents.
- Selecting new starters, training, motivating and developing existing staff by leading by example and taking a practical "hands on" approach.
- Support the sales department and aftersales team with the handover of new homes to residents.
- Communicate with local authorities, internal departments and colleagues in ensuring the Park and its residents comply with site licence rules.
- Conduct regular Park inspections making sure that signage, roads, equipment and communal facilities are impeccably maintained.
- Providing practical and workable solutions to enquiries, calls and problems raised by residents in accordance with Regency Living standards, site licence rules, complaints procedure and the Mobile Homes Act.
- Completion of weekly/monthly Park Supervisor reports and attend regular meetings with operations teams as required.
A level of physical fitness is required of all our Park Supervisors/ General Managers as is a high degree of numeracy, literacy and commitment to customer service. This is a full time position (Monday to Friday) but requires the successful candidate to be available outside of normal hours in the event of emergencies.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
