Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching swimming skills to individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting water safety and developing students' confidence in the water.

Duties

Educate students on swimming techniques, water safety, and personal fitness.
Develop lesson plans tailored to individual skill levels and goals.
Conduct group and private swimming lessons in a professional manner.
Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Maintain a safe pool environment by enforcing rules and regulations.
Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve coaching skills.

Experience

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching swimming is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
A passion for swimming and a commitment to promoting water safety.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Relevant certifications in swimming instruction or lifeguarding are an advantage but not mandatory.
