You will be employed for a set number of agreed shifts per week whilst promoting to our members your personal training, of which you will sell group and individual sessions.
PT - will be offered outside of your shifts and on a profit shared basis of 70% yours 30% ours.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to promoting health and fitness, guiding clients through effective workout routines, and fostering a supportive environment for individuals of all fitness levels. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals while ensuring their safety and enjoyment during sessions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and effective fitness classes tailored to various skill levels, including group sessions and one-on-one training.
- Develop personalised fitness programmes that cater to individual client needs and goals.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure participants maintain correct form to prevent injuries.
- Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workout environment.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices to provide high-quality instruction.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages client motivation and retention.
- Assist with promotional activities or events to attract new clients.
Requirements
- Certification in fitness instruction or personal training from a recognised organisation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and health-related topics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for fitness is key.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
- First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness aspirations.
