We are looking to recruit a part-time receptionist for our busy clinic in the heart of Victoria. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who is keen to learn and be part of our team in the long term. We will provide necessary training and support.
Your role as a receptionist will include:
Supporting the Physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, Massage Therapists and Nutritionists
Front of house reception, meeting and greeting clients
Operating phones and dealing with caller's enquiries
Responding to emails
Opening and closing the clinic
Assisting patients with appointment bookings and directing them to the appropriate service provider.
Taking payments
Using our online practice management software
Working with our insurance companies (billing and reporting)
Liaising with consultants and GPs
Uploading reports to our online practice management software system
Maintaining clinic cleanliness
Monitoring stock levels
Filing of notes and reports
Maintaining confidentiality with relation to patient and clinic data
Essential Requirement:
1-year receptionist experience, we will not consider applicants without reception experience
Medical reception experience preferable but not essential
Additional Qualifications and Requirements:
Must enjoy working within a team environment
Excellent customer service skills and ability to display professionalism when dealing with clients
Friendly, approachable, polite, and able to display empathy
Excellent IT skills. We will provide training for our online management software program
Good verbal and grammatical English skills

Hours:
Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 8am-5pm (24 hours per week)
Pay:
£25,500-£27, 000 per annum pro rata of a 40 hour week
