Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 1 & Level 2 Swim Instructor's to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching swimming skills to individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting water safety and helping students build confidence in their swimming abilities.
Duties
- Educate students on swimming techniques, water safety, and personal fitness.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
- Conduct individual and group swimming lessons in accordance with established guidelines.
- Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons by maintaining vigilant supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool area and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
Skills
- Strong ability to educate individuals in swimming techniques and water safety practices.
- Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of varying skill levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive learning environment.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £15.97-£16.29 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 13 per week
