FITNESS MOTIVATOR/PERSONAL TRAINER

We currently have over 6000 members and only 4.8% of our member base currently do personal training! With over 5500 members currently not participating in personal training you will have the opportunity to strive as well as working as a team to achieve our core objectives.
The successful candidate will be contracted as a Fitness Motivator / Personal Trainer with the expectation to deliver a minimum of 8 hours of personal training a week after 3 months and 12 hours of personal training a week after 6 months.
We need a Fitness Motivator & Personal Trainer who will…
- Hold a current Personal Training Level 3 qualification
- Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the consistent delivery of personal training, group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.
- Actively and consistently promote the company’s vision and values `
- Make every members visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back
- Be enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference
- Build and develop their Personal Training business at the centre
- Working hours could be days, evenings and weekends. We will complete a DBS check to be prior to starting for this role

Pay: £11.44-£25.00 per hour
