What You’ll Do:
- Drive Sales Strategy – Develop and implement innovative sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build Lasting Partnerships – Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, VIPs, and individual members, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Lead and Inspire – Manage, mentor, and empower a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Maximise Growth – Identify new markets, revenue streams, and partnership opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Optimise Performance – Leverage CRM tools to track progress, generate forecasts, and refine sales strategies based on data-driven insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, with at least five years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) to manage pipelines and drive efficiency.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales performance.
- Passion for health, wellness, and personal development.
