Front of House / Social Media Assistant
Location: Crawley30 hours per week

The Role
We are seeking a Sales Receptionist and Social Media Assistant to deliver a first-class experience to members, prospective members, and visitors to our health club.
Your Daily Focus
- Create an excellent first impression with a warm welcome, tidy appearance, and pleasant manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Register prospective members and guide them to the appropriate person
- Assist new members with enrolment and support current members with queries
- Provide information on classes and availability
- Handle membership renewal and cancellation queries
- Ensure the safety and security of members, guests, and staff
- Manage telephone enquiries and assist the Gym Manager with retention calls
- Maintain accurate records of queries, complaints, lost property, and repairs
- Ensure day-to-day tasks, emails, and phone calls are efficiently handled
- Create engaging social media content to promote the club, events, and special offers
- Help with the club's social media platforms and respond to member inquiries online
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online presence and grow the club’s digital community
