We are seeking a contracted Mat Pilates instructor to join our dynamic Pulse Pilates program! This exciting opportunity combines traditional Pilates with Pulsed Electromagnetic Fields (PEMF), offering clients a holistic approach to improving recovery and optimizing their overall wellness.
Role Overview: As a Pulse Pilates Instructor, you will lead a series of engaging Pilates classes, each of which is paired with a separate PEMF session, which clients book as part of their Pulse Pilates Pack. PEMF uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses, potentially aiding muscle recovery, improving circulation, and supporting overall wellness—making it the perfect complement to Pilates for enhancing health and performance. You will teach 4 sessions per month, once a week, offering a unique experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead premium Mat Pilates classes in a personalized, intimate setting.
- Provide modifications to ensure sessions are accessible to all skill levels.
- Guide clients through routines designed to optimize wellness, recovery, and performance.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Manage class setup.
- Engage with clients in a warm and open manner, motivating them to thrive during their Pilates sessions.
- Promote the potential benefits of PEMF in conjunction with Pilates for improved wellness.
Pay & Benefits:
- £100 per class (4 classes per month).
- 4 FREE PEMF sessions for you each month (worth £600).
- No fee payment for the session room.
- All equipment is provided for your classes.
- Opportunity to increase your hours/days per week as our program expands.
Conditions:
- Bring your own client base (ideally City-based).
- Clients can only participate in your classes if they have purchased a Pulse Pilates Pack, which includes 4 PEMF sessions and 4 Pilates sessions.
- The room must be filled with a minimum of 3 clients who have purchased the Pulse Pilates Pack.
Room Details:
Our classes take place in an intimate, cutting-edge wellness center housed in a Grade II listed building. The rooms are small but beautifully finished, designed for a maximum of 4 clients per class, ensuring a personalized experience.
Key Requirements:
- Fully Certified Mat Pilates Instructor (with a minimum of 2 years of group teaching experience).
- A passion for wellness and Pilates instruction.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance (as this is a contracted position, insurance coverage is the responsibility of the instructor).
