What will I do?

Ensure that all members and guests always receive a high level of customer service whilst carrying out duties required to ensure the efficient running of the health club in a safe, controlled environment. You will demonstrate how to operate equipment safely and effectively, devise individual programmes for members to achieve their goals and deliver fun and engaging classes. Promoting the hotel facilities, you’ll drive health club memberships whether that be inbound enquiries or working with the local community to drive interest. Working closely with the wider sales teams you will ensure we are also maximising cross selling opportunities at every opportunity.

Is this the role for me?

Previous experience as a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent
Qualifications in water testing, pool plant and pool lifeguard/responder
Experience conducting fitness classes
KPI and target driven
Previous experience in a sales related role, ideally within hospitality
Excellent customer service & communication skills
