We’re looking for a CRM Executive to support our CRM Manager, developing our member communications and campaigns, ensuring we’re delivering the World Class experience our members deserve.
You’ll work closely with the CRM Manager, wider Marketing team and our club teams enhancing member experience and improve retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute targeted CRM campaigns to engage prospects and members, promote retention, and drive secondary revenue. Ensure CRM is consistent with our brand and tone of voice, as well as assisting with day-to-day administrative CRM tasks.
- Support clubs in delivery of day-to-day member comms, including club operational messages and newsletters.
- Utilise CRM tools and data analysis to segment members and ensure personalised, targeted communications, ensuring we maintain high engagement with our CRM channels, and protect our CRM database.
- Track and report on the performance of CRM campaigns and initiatives, including key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer retention metrics.
Driven by data and customer experience, the successful candidate will be passionate about member experience, proficient in written English, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. They’ll be a self-motivated team player, with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills. Working with a broad range of stakeholders including Central & Club teams, the CRM Executive will be a confident communicator, and bring a strategic way of thinking to a dynamic and fast paced role.
About you:
- You’ll be an experienced Marketing professional with 1+ years’ experience working within a brand or agency
- Experience using a CRM system such as Hubspot to send email campaigns
- Experience working with data in a CRM environment
- We’d love you to have experience in a membership model and/or within the health & fitness sector (desirable)
