We are currently recruiting a Women's Gym General Manager to join our highly successful team in our Wilmslow club for the running of our new Women's Gym.
The role will be to deliver the general operation and commercial performance of our new stand-alone Women's Gym in Wilmslow. This is a strategically important new concept built to deliver for specific customer needs and brand beliefs. You know you are successful when you and your team achieve against the overall plan to grow an engaged, satisfied, active and therefore stable member base of 1400.

Your role involves:
· Leading a high performing team committed to successfully growing the Women's Gym building an engaged, satisfied, active member base.
· You and your team should have well-established product knowledge on the unique needs of Women's fitness.
· Be responsible for the continued growth and development of your team members, achieving member success through their efforts.
· Encourage team members to take full ownership and accountability of their own roles, to give our members the most efficient customer journey/experience.
· Be accountable for all elements of the club product through the efforts of your WG team including quality of fitness services, upkeep of the facility, and seamless day to day operations.
· Build a comfortable environment for members by ensuring the right products are delivered in the right way for them, and in line with the Women’s Gym Beliefs.
· Take the lead in suggesting/building new fitness services, in line with member feedback, and through the efforts of your team.
· Be accountable for the smooth and efficient daily operations of the Women’s Gym.
· Take overall responsibility for the P/L performance of the Women's Gym business.
