Role aim To assist the general manager in running the club, engaging with customers, managing PT's
Responsibilities:
· Strive to ensure every member has an outstanding experience every time they enter the Club
· To own, follow and respect all Jetts values
· To understand, follow and promote Jetts policies, procedures and operational standards
· Demonstrate outstanding customer service values
· Manage the sales process with the General Manager
· Promote and sell memberships within your club.
· Generate prospects by building relationships inside and outside of the club.
· Do daily lead generation in the community
· Book tours and appointments to showcase the club,
· Discuss membership needs helping potential members obtain the results that are right for them.
· To provide support, guidance and training to all team members including areas such as service, sales, policies and procedures
· Maximize all opportunities to drive the Club to its operational capacity
· To strive towards reaching monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Business Owner and BPM
· Ensure correspondence such as emails and phone calls are responded to in a friendly, prompt (end of day) manner
· To establish and maintain business relationships within the local community
· To ensure every new member completes a Club Orientation
· Prepare, drive and implement structured marketing (including but not limited to local area marketing and sponsorship activities)
· Prepare, drive and deliver monthly member engagement activities and events within the Club
· To complete and participate in FastTrack training and other training opportunities provided by Jetts Support Office
· Ensure you have in depth product knowledge & understanding of the benefits of exercise.
· Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and full Jetts uniform
· Respect the people within the organisation including team members, partners, business owners or any other person of contact
