Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Fitness Motivator L3 to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about fitness and possess a strong understanding of anatomy and sports coaching. As a Fitness Motivator, you will inspire and educate clients to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a supportive and motivating environment.

Duties

Hold a current Personal Training Level 3 qualification or be currently progressing on a level 2 fitness instructor qualification
Build and develop their Personal Training business at the centre
Conduct engaging fitness sessions tailored to the needs of individual clients or groups.
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, anatomy, and the benefits of various fitness regimes.
Develop personalised training plans that align with clients' goals and fitness levels.
Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
Monitor client progress and adjust training programmes as necessary to ensure optimal results.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workout environment for all participants.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to enhance your coaching skills.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of human anatomy and its application in fitness training.
Previous experience in sports coaching or personal training is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in fitness or personal training are preferred.
