We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Women's Fitness Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fitness training, sports coaching, and anatomy knowledge, enabling them to educate clients on proper exercise techniques and health practices. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training programmes and motivational support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.
- Develop personalised training programmes that cater to individual needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness.
- Provide ongoing motivation and support to clients throughout their fitness journey.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programmes as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment for all clients.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research to provide the best service possible.
- Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes client engagement and satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in personal training or sports coaching is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.
- A relevant certification in personal training or a related field is preferred.
- A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals is essential.

Pay: £12.00-£20.00 per hour
