Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week. We are on the lookout for an exceptional Regional Contract Sales Manager to take on this vital role in part of the West Region of Everyone Active - Sheffield.

- Be results-driven with a demonstrable track record in exceeding targets
- Have multi-site sales management experience
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved, and all sales targets are exceeded
- Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base
- Effectively execute the business sales & marketing strategy
- Be able to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team, fully embracing our company values
- Be able to identify ways that the customer experience can be improved, to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty and improve retention
- Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing, that have been escalated by centre colleagues
- Have the ability to lead successful outreach and lead generation campaigns
- Be expected to lead by example in delivering sales calls, outreach/in reach programmes and selling memberships
- Be able to manage their team on their sales, productivity and leads generation campaigns
- Be an influential leader, capable of training, developing and constantly inspiring their team to deliver more
- Be a positive person, with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach
- Ensure all company standard operating procedures are implemented and followed This role will involve travelling between sites.
This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
