£35-40k (experience dependent)

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for new customers as they start using the platform. You will work closely with clients and our tech team, providing them with the tools, resources, and guidance they need to effectively set up and optimise their use of the software. Your aim will be to enhance the first-class customer experience, ensuring long term success with the platform.
Key responsibilities of this exciting new role:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, creating and executing personalised implementation plans that align with their business goals
- Configure and customise the platform to meet each client's specific needs, including data integration, user setup, and feature activation
- Conduct thorough training sessions with client teams to ensure they understand and can maximise the platform's capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to resolve technical issues and enhance the onboarding experience
- Monitor client progress through the onboarding journey, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, including best practices, training materials, and process workflows

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in onboarding, customer success, or a similar function within the SaaS or tech industry
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus, but not required (if no direct experience in SaaS then you must be familiar with the onboarding process and an excellent problem solver/ technically savvy)
