Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fully Comp Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pilates and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through effective instruction and motivation. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment that encourages participants of all levels to engage in their practice while ensuring safety and proper technique.

Duties

Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, tailored to various skill levels.
Educate clients on the principles of Pilates, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and core engagement.
Demonstrate exercises clearly and provide modifications to accommodate different abilities and fitness levels.
Monitor participants' form and provide constructive feedback to enhance their practice.
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and in good condition.
Develop class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises to keep sessions fresh and challenging.
Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates and fitness to continually enhance your teaching methods.
Foster a supportive community atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.

Skills

Strong knowledge of anatomy to ensure safe exercise practices and injury prevention.
Previous experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of diverse participants.
Strong organisational skills to manage class schedules and maintain studio standards.
A positive attitude with a passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
