Hi! We are looking for Reformer Pilates Instructors to be part of our team in our brand new Reformer Studio in the heart of Bromley. We are all about creating a fun, friendly and inspiring environment for both our clients and instructors alike. We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate Instructors to lead engaging classes, provide personalised coaching, and help us build an inclusive and supportive space where everyone feels welcome and motivated.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct group and individual Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels.
Educate participants on proper form, alignment, and breathing techniques to maximise benefits and minimise injury risk.
Develop fun and varied class plans that incorporate a variety of exercises aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall wellness.
Provide modifications for clients with different fitness levels or physical limitations.
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivational atmosphere in every class.
Help maintain a clean and organized studio space.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and foster a community atmosphere.
Stay updated on the latest Pilates trends, techniques, and research to continuously improve teaching methods.

What We’re Looking For:

Certification: You hold a recognised Pilates Instructor certification (or similar L3 qualification) with a Reformer Pilates CPD.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes would be preferred, but we understand that everyone has to start from somewhere and fully support the passion for this.
Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology.
Communicative: Excellent at providing clear instructions and motivating clients.
Passionate: A true love for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.
